Fertility Yoga , Pregnancy Yoga , Mum and baby yoga , toddler yoga and kids yoga in Richmond, St Margarets and Twickenham London.

All blocks of classes and workshops, whether in-person or online, must be paid for prior to the start of the block/workshop in order to secure your space.

Please note that once booked, a block of classes or workshop cannot be refunded. In some circumstances, it may be possible for you to transfer your booking to use at a later date; please get in touch to discuss your situation. Please note that no transfers will be granted within 24h of the date the class/event is due to take place. Transferred bookings cannot be transferred a second time.

No refunds will be made for any classes missed within a block.

Mama Hugz reserves the right to cancel a block of classes or workshop in the event of exceptional circumstances that mean Mama Hugz is unable to offer the classes/workshop as advertised, or if there are insufficient numbers booked into the classes/workshop. In these circumstances, you will be given a full refund, or the option to transfer to an alternative block of classes/workshop.

Due to the fluctuating Covid situation and corresponding Government’s and insurers’ guidelines on the suitability of holding in-person group classes, in-person classes and workshops may temporarily be switched to online delivery. Should you not wish to transfer to online, you will have the option to request a refund or postpone your booking to a later date when in-person classes can resume.

Pre-payment of private sessions is required in order to secure the agreed time and date of the session(s). Once booked, private sessions cannot be refunded except in exceptional circumstances.

Private sessions can be rescheduled, up to 2 times, provided 24 hours notice is given. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or if you do not turn up for your session, you will be charged the full fee in these circumstances.

If due to illness or any unexpected event a session that you have already paid for has to be cancelled by Mama Hugz and an alternative suitable time/date cannot be arranged, you will receive a full refund of your session fee.

These terms and conditions apply for both one-to-one and group private sessions, in-person or online.

Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. These are non-refundable, and cannot be used after the expiry date.
