“I started early in my pregnancy with Triona (13 weeks) and have loved every minute. Triona shapes her class around yoga, but also teaches you throughout the moves what can be used throughout different stages of your pregnancy and birth (for example easing back pain, early labour relief, different breathing exercises etc.) After going for 6 weeks I really noticed a change in my flexibility and will continue to go until the end of my pregnancy - I feel the great benefits my body is going through.”

“This is our favourite baby class! Every week Triona combines great exercises for mums with songs and moves for the babies in a fun and relaxed environment. She’s very encouraging and completely chilled about what any of the babies get up to during the class, which is so helpful for any nervous first time mums! I look forward to it every week.”

“Such a fantastic class! As a new mum during covid, I am especially grateful for such a lovely chance to enjoy some yoga for me, for my baby and together. Triona makes the environment so comfortable that the inevitable feeds and changes - and even the session when my baby slept through nearly the whole thing - are all fine as she adapts the session for all and we are encouraged to go with the flow and be baby led!
